Seriously?

I do not know where you put your brain, in your head or knee?

I can bet SNAP will get ZERO with 90% lossing thier deposit.

Anonymous said...

SPOT ON: SNAP is the party for Sarawak's future. A vote for SNAP is a vote against neo-colonialism.

Anonymous said...

Hard to believe but I HOPE you are proven right.
Pray for their victory.

chapchai said...

Is this a wish list? Or are you serious? If the latter, do you think SNAP will join up with BN to form the govt. on condition that Taib, Jabu and Chan go? But the prediction that tickles me most is the one for Balingian!!

Anonymous said...

I don't care abt this prediction. As a voter, I hope for a better government; a government that recognize competency and unbiased towards race, religion and background. I hope for a government that set aside corruption and abuse of power; a government that do not spur politics of divide and rule; a govt that realize (by now) development comes together with good public governance and free frm corruption. Let the world know that corruption and abuse of power is not our culture and religion.

talks around my town: "SNAP is a disturber!" About ur predictions, hell..I dont know. All I do know is that, SNAP aint getting my vote. I hv no grudges against SNAP. It's just that I dont know SNAP and after reading so many "things" about SNAP, I dont think I want to take the chance to vote for them.

ular makan katak, katak makan nyamuk said...

I hate to say this, but we might be in for a kataking season even with the BN winning 40 seats!

Kutty said...

This kind of "prediction" is nothing but unsubstantiated hot air and reeks of political naivety.

Don't get me wrong, we are on the same side, I hate BN as much as the next Sarawakian worth his salt.

But taking the time to write this crap, without any arguments to back it up, is an attempt to popularize your own blog and waste your reader's time.

I'll run around naked in Central Padang on the night of 19 April if your prediction is even remotely correct.

You can take that to the bank, as much as you can be sure I think you're an idiot.

As I was going through your list, I cannot help but notice that many constituencies have between 7000 and 9000 voters only particularly those in Bumiputra majority areas whereas in mixed or town areas mostly with majority Chinese population, frequently the number of voters exceed 20,000 per constituency. In other words, the Chinese electorates are under-represented in the State DUN and highly likely in Parliament as well. This wrong must be righted in any future electoral reform. Afterall, are we not citizens of this country? My relatives put their lives on the line fighting for our country but in return we get discriminated in every sphere of Malaysian life.

Let's move on and guided by this list for the better result.

SNAP will get ZERO

kee said...

To form state government requires 36 seats.

SNAP : 15
BN : 15
IND : 4

TOTAL: 34

If PR forms government, almost definitely CM post goes to PKR. BN will offer CM post to SNAP and offer either Minister/Deputy Minister posts or give RM5-10 million each to IND. They then will have 34 members.

After this BN will offer either Minister/Deputy Minister posts or give RM5-10 million each to PR elected reps. Who will bet that BN cannot get just 2 PR reps to jump?

If the above prediction on outcome of elections comes true, extremely good chance BN will still form the next government. After that BN will slowly buy more PR reps to jump.

Not a very pretty picture if PKR/DAP/PAS cannot get at least something in the region of 40 seats.

In 1985, no one expected Berjaya government to fall to opposition, infact they expected to lose only one seat, Tambunan, contested by PBS president(the party was then only 8 months old). Berjaya managed only 6 seats & tried to form a minority government with USNO(a former component of BN turned opposition), alleged with TDM blessing, then in UK. The situation with SNAP sounds familiar, will history repeat itself?

The above predicted results are as far as I am concern, way off the mark and merely Wishful Thinking !

It is not realistically pragmatic and not derived, based on the actual situation or sentiment of the currently available Sarawakian voters mentality.

Nonetheless this predicted results are solely the product of the author's measured judgement and its up to the rest of us readers to come up with our very own varied conclusion.

...good luck to 4 more years of suffering while you watch your UMNO-BN GODS lap it up in YOUR Billions of Ringgit. 52 + years of being cheated is insufficient.....Now you want to condemn the rest of your generation to poverty...... Too bad I am going to disrupt Sarawakians by making cost of living high......go check price of rice and sugar......there is shortage coming. After election Barang NAIK. Your hunger and anger needs to be seen ...do an act that will Destroy the COMFORT and WEALTH of UMNO-BN-TAIB Racist leaders!! A mind set thing!!

Syok sendiri, although realistically the DAP dinner in Miri attracts 10,000 people (hopefully mostly voters). Surely 1 of the 3 state seats under Miri is likely to fall.

Hai... Look like to meit is just a sweet dream, but I seriously hope that it would really happened.

Anyway, you are a Dayak right. Why should you divide the Dayak to Iban, Bidayuh & Orang Ulu? Why not put it to one group - Dayak as Melayu/Melanau or Chinese (not Foo Chow, Hokkien, Hakka, etc)?

And if this is come to reality, where are you going SNAP, to BN or PR?

I agreed on some of your prediction on DAP/PKR@Dayak/Chine area. And even on SNAP area too. But Im not sure on BN-PBB area.

Its look like that your prediction are overconfident on SNAP candidate.. Sorry to say that...

Dear I am really mad now;

I like your comment. May I copy your comment and published it to other PR bloggers.. Nice comments indeed!

Deepin his heart, the BN leaders including Jabu & Taib will say, "You are correct"..

JBJ Sabah said...

Helo people, I'm JBJ Sabah, it does not matter who gets what, so long as the Pakatan win is good enough to send a shiver to the old goat Taib/cronies/BN, bcos they will be investigated for their crimes!!! Dont ever let criminals be your leaders, otherwise Sarawak will be a laughing stock by the whole world for voting criminals as your leaders, guider and teachers!!!What a shame!!! If you all hates the Taib/BN so much as what I've read everywhere, and having received reports from all over, then this is my prediction: PKR- 20, DAP- 18, PAS- 5, Ind- 2, SNAP- 2 and BN- 24. Then independent, Snap and 4 BN will join Pakatan for 3 reasons..1)they want to join for a Historical moment to form a NEW Government and that the path to Putra Jaya will now be widely opened, 2)now they realise and really want to help their people, and 3)they want to get even with certain Taib/BN people who have neglected them.
So, lets hope and pray this'll materialise...but it can be done, its all up to the Sarawak people; truth of the Lord shall triumph over evil!! SEEK, Believe and trust in HIM, WORK DOUBLY HARD and you'll be guaranteed of victory! Remember, this is your last chance! go to all the rural villages, to all the long houses and tell them the truth, nothing but the truth! Tell them that because you all voted for Pakatan, you all will lead the WHOLE MALAYSIA to form the next FEDERAL Govt, and God willing, Sarawak will then be accorded the highest priorities in terms of developments, awarded a Status of the most important State in Malaysia and believe me, the whole World will be happy to see all this new development!!!
